We start with a conversation about what you’re looking for, your timing and your budget. If you need financing, I can introduce you to a trusted lender to discuss your options and pre-approval. You’re always welcome to work with a lender you already know.
How do you help me find the right property?
I help narrow the search, coordinate showings and evaluate the properties we tour. For farms, land and waterfront properties, that means considering more than the house—how the property functions, access, facilities and questions that may need further research or a specialist’s input.
What happens when I find a property I want?
I help you evaluate the asking price, prepare an offer and negotiate the terms. Once you’re under contract, I coordinate with the people involved, help you navigate inspections and any appraisal or financing requirements, and keep track of important deadlines.
How do you help me get to closing?
I stay in communication with your lender and closing attorney or title company, help coordinate the final walkthrough, and keep you informed about what’s needed next. My job is to help keep the process moving and make sure you understand each step.
