Bridle & Bay was created for people whose real estate decisions are about more than four walls.

A horse property has to work for the horses as well as the people. Land has to fit what you plan to do with it. Waterfront living comes with its own considerations. And relocating means choosing not just a property, but an entirely new way of life.

I understand those decisions personally. I’m a lifelong equestrian and farm owner who relocated my own family more than 1,000 miles from New England to North Georgia. I know what it means to choose a home in an unfamiliar place — and how much more there is to consider when horses, land, water or the lifestyle you’re moving for are part of that decision. I grew up in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, where lakes, the coast, boating and fishing were simply part of life.

My background in mortgage lending, credit, business and farm management, marketing and sales brings another layer to that experience — the ability to see a property and transaction from more than one angle.
