From Saddles to Shores: Real Estate Built on Lived Experience

Some agents specialize in horse properties because they took a course.

I specialize in them because I've lived them.

I've been on a horse since I was three years old. I've worked in barns, taught lessons, marketed equine businesses, competed, financed farms, and built barns, fencing, and infrastructure from the ground up. When I walk a piece of ground with a buyer, I'm not looking at it through the lens of a real estate textbook. I'm looking at it through decades in the saddle and a career spent solving problems others don't even know to look for.

Before real estate, I spent more than a decade in mortgage lending with a focus on farm and agricultural financing. That experience taught me how to structure deals, anticipate issues, and navigate the complexities that often come with acreage, agricultural property, waterfront homes, and luxury estates.

Today, through Bridle & Bay, I represent buyers and sellers of equestrian properties, waterfront homes, farms, acreage, land, and luxury real estate across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.

I chose to specialize instead of generalize.

My clients aren't looking for someone who dabbles in horse properties, waterfront homes, or luxury land. They want someone who understands the lifestyle, the financing, the land, and the details that matter.

Because they're not just buying property.

They're buying a lifestyle, a legacy, and the next chapter of their lives.

That's what Bridle & Bay was built for.
